About this Site
This site contains finding aids from the four archival repositories of Wheaton College—the Wheaton College Archives, the Evangelism & Missions Archives, the Marion E. Wade Center, and Special Collections. These descriptions of archival materials allow users to identify and request materials relevant to their research. New collection records are continually being added as they are processed and made available to researchers.
Some collections may contain materials with copyrighted or sensitive information that is protected under law. The user assumes full responsibility for using such information and is advised that the disclosure of such information may have legal ramifications. Please contact the archival staff for additional guidance. Please use this site to explore and discover the rich archival collections at Wheaton College.
Requesting Materials
Each finding aid contains a link to request materials. Each repository has its own location, hours, and policies for providing access to its collections. Please consult the owning repository with questions about using materials. Collections are non-circulating and must be used in the repository’s reading room. In some cases the collections are stored off-site and require advance notice for retrieval. Some finding aids contain digitized versions of all or parts of a collection, but in most cases viewing a collection in its entirety will require visiting the repository.
