Biographical Statement

Miss Adrienne E. Jones of Fort Morgan, CO, was born October 4, 1899 near Lake Charles, LA to Dr. Robert E. and Shady R. (Anderson) Jones. She attended Fort Morgan High School (1915-16) and Wilson Memorial Academy, Nyack, NY (1916-17) and graduated from Wheaton College with a B.A. in 1922. She was the Class Treasurer, as well as treasurer for The Tower. She also served as the Philoethean Sergeant-of-Arms in 1921.

Scope and Contents

The Adrienne Jones scrapbook is blue, embossed with a large gold "W" on the cover, and measures 16 x 12 1/4. Tucked into the front are loose photos of Charles Blanchard and his wife. The introductory pages are columns for the citing of names, addresses and comments of classmates. Further photos display family, friends and college faculty. Included are social event invitations and notices. Other photos show the Field Museum and scenes from various travels, such as Washington, DC.
