Biographical Statement

David Fuller, born 1949, graduated from Wheaton College in 1961 and then earned his Doctor of Juris degree from Harvard Law School in 1964. He served as Assistant District Attorney for New York County and as a partner in the law firm of Koritz and Fuller in New York City. Fuller, a member of the Bar in Michigan and New York, worked both as Chairman of the Committee on International Criminal Law dealing with the intersection of International Law and Practice of the American Bar Association as well as the Committee on International Criminal Jurisdiction.

Scope and Contents The Fuller family papers is organized into four major series for four Fuller family members, O. Muriel Fuller, David O. Fuller, Sr., David O. Fuller, Jr. and Beverly Fuller Berman. The Muriel Fuller series contains the bulk of the collection and of this portion correspondence, dating from 1923 to 1951, comprise the largest subset of the collection.
