Biographical Statement
David Otis Fuller, Jr., born, 1939, graduated from Wheaton College in 1961 and earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1964. He served as Assistant District Attorney of New York County and as a partner in law firms in Manhattan. Fuller, a member of the Bar in Michigan and New York, served as Chairman of the Committee on International Criminal Law of the American Bar Association. He is now a partner of Bosworth, Gray & Fuller in Bronxville, NY and the Village Justice of Tuckahoe, NY.

The Fuller family papers is organized into four major series for four Fuller family members, O. Muriel Fuller, David O. Fuller, Sr., David O. Fuller, Jr. and Beverly Fuller Berman. The Muriel Fuller series contains the bulk of the collection and of this portion correspondence, dating from 1923 to 1951, comprise the largest subset of the collection.
