Content Description

Five (5) 16mm films from the mid-1960s of Wheaton College men's basketball games. Games filmed include Wheaton men's basketball vs. De Pauw (12/4/64); Valparaiso (1/23/65); Portland (2/8/65); St Joseph (2/13/65); and Washington (3/1/65). Also, one (1) 16mm color film plus soundtrack from 1942-1943 academic year at Wheaton College, IL, filmed by the donor's mother, a Wheaton College alumna. Footage depicts Wheaton College football game in the fall of 1942, scenes around campus in the winter of 1943, scenes of students fishing and riding horses, and scenes of campus in the spring with students.
