Oral history interview with Maria Katherine Waldschmidt in which she discusses her family background, Roman Catholic upbringing, experiences as an exchange student in Germany, her spiritual struggle and conversion; spiritual atmosphere in Germany in the late 1980s. The time period covered by the interview is roughly 1959-1988.

1994 - Applied to Greater Europe Mission (GEM) to be a missionary
1996-1999 - Worked with Albanian refugees from Kosovo at a United States military base
1996-2001 - Worked with refugees in Ludenscheid, Germany, also ministered in Durres, Albania and Mitrovica Kosovo
2001-2005 - Evangelist and church planter in Mitrovica, Kosovo

1977 - Went to Luebbecke, West Germany as a Rotary Exchange student
