Kenneth tells of his 1966 trip to Southeast Asia which would be his last. The Advanced Research Project Agency (ARPA) was trying to gather information in order that we might bomb the Ho Chi Minh trail. Kenneth was under strict orders, yet the ambassador of the time was not fully aware of the influence he had held in Thailand. He was, of course to the astonishment of the ambassador, called upon by many high officials, as he had previous relations with them. (Length 13:54)
