Scope and Contents

The Dresser materials comprise one thick "Memory Book," plus several small diaries, financial records and address booklets. The Memory Book is green, 6 X 9 1/4, and includes pasted-in items within the first half, leaving the second half blank. The items are Christmas cards, invitations, commencement programs, and literary society programs. The booklets, contained in a separate box, are dated thus: Diary, 1929-35; Diary, 1939; Financial Records, 1927-47; Financial Records, 1936-41; Diary-travel, 1939; Address Book (no date); Diary, Jan-May 1952; Daily Events, January 1951 to January 1952.
