Records of the Dean of the Faculty include departmental correspondence, financial information and project and program files.

Records of the Dean of the Graduate School include correspondence, planning files, academic and administrative committee minutes, subject files and annual reports.

A selection of various materials relating to Don Giovanni Calabria of Verona, Italy (1873-1954), who corresponded with C.S. Lewis in Latin from 1947 to 1954.

The Donald Swann archive includes articles, reviews, publicity items and other materials related to Swann and his works.

The Elizabeth Green papers contain material relating to the life and career of Elizabeth and Albert Green, father and daughter. It comprises fifteen series and includes Articles, Biographical, Correspondence, Business Correspondence, Music Education, Programs, Travel, Books, Manuscripts, Music Scores, Personal Journals, Lectures, Media and Photographs.

The Dow papers are organized into five series (Biographical, Correspondence, Manuscripts, Publish Material and Secondary). The bulk of the collection relates to Dow’s teaching and speaking career and includes notebooks, speeches and class notes. Another portion of some significance is genealogical files located with the biographical series. The collection contains several folders of correspondence in various series.

The Emily Gardiner Neal Papers are composed of secondary material, including twenty-one audiocassette oral histories. The collection has a few concentrations of photocopied correspondence from the Episcopal Healing Ministry Foundation.

The papers of Enock C. Dyrness contains one folder containing biographical material; however, the bulk of the collection deals primarily with his professional interests, including correspondence with Henry C. Thiessen, and later Thiessen's estate. Secondary material includes pamphlets and surveys about Wheaton College and various mission agencies. The collection occupies .42 linear ft.

The Gregory Collection contains manuscripts, proofs, photographs, correspondence and other papers concerned with the book Wilkie Collins by Dorothy L. Sayers, ed. by Dr. Gregory (Toledo: The Friends of the Univ. of Toledo Libraries, 1977). Copyright resides with Dr. Gregory.

The Frederick E. Johnson Collection is composed of private manuscripts, correspondence, and secondary materials related to Brazillian missions, the Vietnam War and other political/social issues from the 1960s.

This archive contains unpublished contributions by Dorothy L. Sayers for the 1944 symposium on "The Future of the Jews," as well as extensive correspondence and  publications relating to the topic.

This archive contains original material by Owen Barfield, correspondence, and photographs from the personal papers of G.B. Tennyson, joint-literary executor for the estate of Owen Barfield.

This archive contains business correspondence and miscellanea relating to Geoffrey Bles, the publisher of various works by C.S. Lewis.

Records of the Geology Department include correspondence, course information, sample exams and quizzes and student files (pre- and post-FERPA).

The materials in this archive include publications, correspondence, illustrations, and other items relating to Glenn Sadler's research on the artist, Arthur Hughes (1832-1915), who served as the illustrator for many of George MacDonald's published works. Also included: a set of corrected proofs for Thomas Wingfold, Curate by George MacDonald.

Records of the Graduate Theological Studies Department include syllabi and course information, correspondence, financial information, planning and committee files.

This collection comprises of research materials used by Grevel Lindop while writing his biography of Charles Williams titled Charles Williams: The Third Inkling (Oxford: Oxford University Press, 2015). Lindop provided an inventory of the materials, which is referenced throughout the finding aid to note original file locations.

This archive contains letters and documents relating to Greville Matheson MacDonald (1856-1944), the son of George MacDonald.

Records of the History Department include student papers, reports, correspondence and minutes.

Records of the Institute for the Study of American Evangelicals include papers and planning files for sponsored conferences, correspondence and financial and grant information.

The Mary Ann Gilbert and Intercessors for the Suffering Church (ICS) collection contains files on over one hundred and twenty organizations and their publications that relate to the persecuted church and Christians. The collection contains correspondence to and from these organizations, as well as correspondence and publications of ICS.

Ocuppying .5 linear feet, the Irina Ratushinskaya papers, housed in Special Collections, include her works of poetry, secondary material, correspondence, articles, audio and artwork. The largest portion of the collection is devoted to secondary material about Ms. Ratushinskaya while imprisoned and as individuals worked for her release. The bulk of the collection dates from the period, 1985-1987.

The Ivan J. Fahs Papers are composed of personal diaries and calendars, academic student papers, book reviews including Steinbeck and Orwell, research project reports regarding sexual assault, and correspondence.

This archive contains James Burleson's correspondence with Ann Bowden, Muriel St. Clare Byrne, Charles Dywer, Marion Fairman, Anthony Fleming, Livia Gollancz, Marjorie Mead, Barbara Reynolds, James Sandoe, and Armitage Watkins regarding his dissertation.  Also included are two pages of Burleson's dissertation titled: A Study of the Novels of Dorothy L. Sayers. (Wade Call no.: PR6037.A95 Z6258 1965 Diss.)

The Jean Leckemby scrapbooks number four volumes, spanning her years at Wheaton during 1937, '38, '39 and '40. Each volume contains programs of campus events, literary societies, rulebooks, holiday cards, correspondence and newspaper clippings. The books measure 10 1/2 x 14.

A collection of Barfield correspondence,  poems, manuscripts, publications, and other related materials from Professor Jeanne Clayton Hunter.

The Jeanne Murray Walker papers are organized into five series, Biographical, Correspondence, Manuscripts, Media and Research Material. The bulk of the collection is divided amongst the Manuscripts and Correspondence series. The manuscripts comprise mostly play-related files, rather than poetry. The correspondence is mostly that which was received by Ms. Walker dating from 1990 to 2003.

The Jim Wallis Papers are composed of book manuscripts, journal articles and book reviews by/about the author, correspondence, press clippings, photographs and audio cassettes (with transcripts). (see also Sojourners Records)

The McClatchey papers are organized into seven series: Biographical, Correspondence, Manuscripts, Published Works, Syllabi, Teaching Materials (Files), Video. Nearly the entire collection is found in the Teaching Materials series. These files served as the background material for his classroom lectures. Another significant element of the collection is the unpublished manuscript "The praise of God in literature: from Homer to Hopkins."

Correspondence between Joel Heck  and students or colleagues of C.S. Lewis in preparation for his book: Irrigating Deserts: C.S. Lewis on Education. Included in the correspondence are the Magdalen tutorial lists from 1926 to 1954, students'  lecture notes, an essay, a diary, newspaper clippings concerning Lewis and a brochure about the play Shadowlands.

The John and Joyce Schmale Civil War Collection is composed mainly of monographs related to the history of the U.S. Civil War. Manuscript material contains biographical information, correspondence, photographs and memorabilia of various Civil War chaplains.
