Scope and Contents The DeEtte Barnes Special Collection consists of correspondence and biographical content. The bulk of the correspondence in the collection is letters written from DeEtte in her Wheaton College student days to her mother and family at home. Scope and Contents The hinged cover of this scrapbook, inscribed as "Scraps," are made of blond decorative wood, measuring 7 X 9. "Scraps" features the memories of Miss Mary Meter of Northville, NY, '43. It includes freshman programs, grade cards, literary society invitations, one pressed flower, itineraries for Women's Glee Club, typed Bible verses, "thank you" cards and a few personal notes to friends.
