The Frederick E. Johnson Collection is composed of private manuscripts, correspondence, and secondary materials related to Brazillian missions, the Vietnam War and other political/social issues from the 1960s.

Records of the Geology Department include correspondence, course information, sample exams and quizzes and student files (pre- and post-FERPA).

Records of the Graduate Theological Studies Department include syllabi and course information, correspondence, financial information, planning and committee files.

Records of the History Department include student papers, reports, correspondence and minutes.

Records of the Institute for the Study of American Evangelicals include papers and planning files for sponsored conferences, correspondence and financial and grant information.

The Mary Ann Gilbert and Intercessors for the Suffering Church (ICS) collection contains files on over one hundred and twenty organizations and their publications that relate to the persecuted church and Christians. The collection contains correspondence to and from these organizations, as well as correspondence and publications of ICS.

Ocuppying .5 linear feet, the Irina Ratushinskaya papers, housed in Special Collections, include her works of poetry, secondary material, correspondence, articles, audio and artwork. The largest portion of the collection is devoted to secondary material about Ms. Ratushinskaya while imprisoned and as individuals worked for her release. The bulk of the collection dates from the period, 1985-1987.

The Ivan J. Fahs Papers are composed of personal diaries and calendars, academic student papers, book reviews including Steinbeck and Orwell, research project reports regarding sexual assault, and correspondence.

The Jean Leckemby scrapbooks number four volumes, spanning her years at Wheaton during 1937, '38, '39 and '40. Each volume contains programs of campus events, literary societies, rulebooks, holiday cards, correspondence and newspaper clippings. The books measure 10 1/2 x 14.

The Jeanne Murray Walker papers are organized into five series, Biographical, Correspondence, Manuscripts, Media and Research Material. The bulk of the collection is divided amongst the Manuscripts and Correspondence series. The manuscripts comprise mostly play-related files, rather than poetry. The correspondence is mostly that which was received by Ms. Walker dating from 1990 to 2003.

The Jim Wallis Papers are composed of book manuscripts, journal articles and book reviews by/about the author, correspondence, press clippings, photographs and audio cassettes (with transcripts). (see also Sojourners Records)

The McClatchey papers are organized into seven series: Biographical, Correspondence, Manuscripts, Published Works, Syllabi, Teaching Materials (Files), Video. Nearly the entire collection is found in the Teaching Materials series. These files served as the background material for his classroom lectures. Another significant element of the collection is the unpublished manuscript "The praise of God in literature: from Homer to Hopkins."

The John and Joyce Schmale Civil War Collection is composed mainly of monographs related to the history of the U.S. Civil War. Manuscript material contains biographical information, correspondence, photographs and memorabilia of various Civil War chaplains.

The John L. Smith Collection contains the papers which document his mission work with the Mormons through Utah Missions, Inc., and the Utah Evangel Newspaper. Little information is included regarding his work as a Baptist minister. The papers are arranged into series of correspondence, manuscripts, pamphlets, and publications. The John L. Smith Collection includes both pro and contra-Mormon works.

The Lyle Dorsett papers relate to Dorsett's research for an uncompleted project on Ulysses S. Grant from the early 1980s.

The Malcolm Forsberg Papers are composed of correspondence from Malcolm's time at Wheaton College, 1930-1932. As well, there are grade slips and memorabilia items.

Marian J. Downey Papers is composed of a small amount of correspondence from the 1930s, a few manuscripts and class notes from her years as Professor of English at Wheaton College from 1926-1950, and primarily numerous folders of secondary material likely accumulated during her teaching tenure.

The collection is organized into eight series (Biographical, Correspondence, Diaries/Notes, Sermons, Poetry, Published Materials, Secondary, Photographs). The bulk of the collection is found in Reich's writings, either manuscript or published, related to Hebrew Christian matters.

Included in this collection are manuscripts of articles appearing in the Zondervan Pictorial Bible Dictionary, correspondence with the contributors, and papers relating to the mechanics of the compilation and production of the dictionary. Correspondence between Dr. Tenney and Peter DeVisser traces the history of the project from its inception to production. Numerous Wheaton College faculty and alumni participated in the project.

The National Association of Evangelicals (NAE) Records organized according to: affiliates, commissions, conventions, corporate records, executive/general director, historical, media (audio, video, photographs), membership files, public affairs, public relations working files, and publications. The bulk of the collection is concentrated in corporate records, media, and public affairs.

Records of the Office of Academic Affairs include academic and administrative committee minutes, subject files, annual reports, financial information and grant information.

Records of the Office of Alumni Association include correspondence, reports, financial information, subject files, research files and publicity material.

Records of the Office of Christian Outreach include student program minutes, histories and reports.
