Nellie Straw Scrapbook

Scope and Contents The Nellie Straw (1904) scrapbook is composed of stiff black construction paper, now completely dis-attached from its binding. The "scraps" are glued directly onto the cover, and filling every page for the remainder of the book. Items include holiday cards, poems, notes to friends, invitations to recitals and literary society functions, drawings. In addition are various Wheaton College publications, such as financial reports, rulebooks and commencement programs. It measures 14 x 11.

Nora Emily Kellogg Papers

Scope and Contents The Nora Emily Kellogg diary is written within a booklet inscribed as "National Safe Deposit Company, First National Bank Building, Chicago." The black book measures 2 3/4 X 5 1/2. Within are printed maps of the U.S. and columns for financial transactions. Miss Kellogg uses the interior primarily for citing books read and class notes.

It is titled with the words, "Senior Sneak '42," which was held at Jack & Jill Ranch in Montague, MI.
