This five-year, green-pebbled clasped diary measures 4 X 5. The anonymous female diarist begins her entries on Jan. 1, 1935, and writes irregularly until Dec. 31, 1936. The entries, featuring her daily functions at home and school, are routine, chronicling such activities as sleighing, homework, church attendance, shopping, tennis playing, instrument practice, etc... Many pages are blank.

The Arthur R. Schulert Papers is composed of biographical material and correspondence from his years at Wheaton College (1940-43), Ohio University and Princeton (1944-46). Manuscripts of his published work "Strontium-90 in Man and His Environment" from the 1960s are also available.

Scope and Contents The Helen Louise Safford ('12) scrapbook is green, measuring 7 1/4 X 9 1/2, inscribed on the cover as "The Annals of My College Life, designed by Frances F. Gilbert." Scope and Contents The three Mary Ruth Howes ('53) scrapbooks contain clippings, memorabilia and campus-related programs. The first is an 11 x 14 white covered album, bound with gold cord with Wheaton College and the college seal in blue felt lettering. It covers the 1949-1950 academic year and includes athletic programs and clippings of the 1950 Revival, and groundbreaking for the Nicholas Library and Memorial Student Center. The Nora Emily Kellogg diary is written within a booklet inscribed as "National Safe Deposit Company, First National Bank Building, Chicago." The black book measures 2 3/4 X 5 1/2. Within are printed maps of the U.S. and columns for financial transactions. Miss Kellogg uses the interior primarily for citing books read and class notes.
